FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I really need to clean my grill?

Absolutely.  Whether you choose to clean it yourself or hire a professional is up to you, but the job needs to be done.  Cooking on a clean grill not only benefits the taste of your food, but also provides for a healthier and less dangerous cookout and extends the life of your equipment.

How often should I clean my grill?

You should clean the grates and empty the ashes after every time you use your grill.  In addition, it's recommended to conduct complete deep cleaning at least once a year, more often if you grill frequently.

Will cleaning my grill change the flavor?

When you want the flavors of your dish to shine, it's always best to be cooking with clean equipment.

But the little leftover bits stuck on the grates is my secret special seasoning.

Leftover accumulations of char and grease never made a dish better.  It just invites contamination, pests and altered flavors.   Plus char is a known carcinogen.  The less char and grease that accumulates on your grill, the better.

Where are you located?

We are a mobile business, serving the communities of Owasso, Collinsville, Oologah and Claremore, Oklahoma and surrounding areas.

Will you travel to my place for free?

There is no charge for clients within 25 miles of Owasso, OK.  Customers outside that area may incur a small fuel surcharge.

What chemicals do you use?

Our main grease cutter is 325 degree steam.  For tough jobs we might need vinegar or Dawn soap.  We never use any harsh or dangerous chemicals on your belongings.

Can I leave my dogs out?

We love dogs but they might not love us back.  Our work can be dangerous to curious canines as well, so we respectfully ask that you keep your pets away while we're working.

What things will you clean?

Just about anything you might have in your backyard, including grills and smokers of all sizes, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, patio furniture, outdoor heaters, sporting equipment, kayaks, lawnmowers and more.  We can also clean interior appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washing machines and even food trucks!

What won't you clean?

We will not clean anything that might be soiled with bodily fluids of any kind - so no bathrooms, porta-potties or litter boxes.  We also will not clean hazardous materials of any type.
